In order to access the online courses by The Creative Bones, you must read and agree to the terms and conditions contained in this Terms and Conditions Agreement. The term “course” includes the e-course web pages, courses and all associated materials. Please read through this agreement carefully.
Use of Course Materials:
All courses and materials shared are the property of The Creative Bones or of third parties and used under permission unless otherwise stated. These materials are for the sole use of individuals registered for the e-course or others as approved by The Creative Bones. As an e-course registrant, you may view and read all materials that are part of the course. You may print any or all screen and pdf file pages for your personal use in taking the course, but you may not share, communicate, publish or in any manner distribute to other parties the course, login and password, readings, references, links or any other materials. The terms and conditions regarding use of materials apply upon registration for the course, while you are taking the course, and after completing, or withdrawing from the course.
Course Access:
Only registered users for courses can access the pages. Refunds for courses are not given. If you enrolled or were charged by mistake, please reach out to [email protected]. Once you are registered and have logged in to the course, you will not receive a refund for any reason. Course enrollment and access length varies by course.
Payment Plans:
If you enroll into any course through a payment plan, you agree to pay the monthly amount per months agreed upon until the course has been paid for in full.
The Creative Bones does not assume responsibility or liability for the accuracy or completeness of content contained in reference materials or links. The Creative Bones will bar access to this e-course to any individual who does not agree to the terms and conditions contained in this Course Terms and Conditions Agreement. The Creative Bones reserves the right to terminate access to any individual who does not abide by these terms and conditions.
By enrolling in The Creative Bones courses, you state that you will not copy, reproduce, alter, modify, create derivative works or publicly display any content from these courses without the prior expressed written permission of The Creative Bones
